About Me:: Hi, I’m Michael Davis, an author of romantic suspense. I began writing fiction in 2006 and in April of 2009 I was selected “Author of the year”. By the end of December, I will have successfully published or contracted five full-length novels and three short stories.

My first novel (TAINTED HERO) received six 5 star reviews. Two review sites nominated my second novel (FORGOTTEN CHILDREN) as best romantic suspense of 2008, and my current release (BLIND CONSENT) came out in April. Just for fun, when I need to unwind from the isolation of being locked away in a dungeon for months creating a novel, I refresh my muse by writing short SF stories with a romantic kernel.

My next release (VEIL OF DECEPTION) is a romantic suspense with a chilling conclusion. It was my first collaborative project with another author, Candace Morehouse. She did the heroine, I the Hero, and the hot scenes were, wow. My fifth novel (SHADOW OF GUILT) will be submitted to the publisher next month. I’m currently working on a co-project with Candace entitled WHISPERS OF INNOCENCE. If you’re into short SF with a romantic core, check out THE TREASURE, RIMFIRE, and ESSENSE.
