About Me:: Sandra Martins-Toner is the Founder and Executive Director of Families Against Crime & Trauma, (F.A.C.T.), an organization born as a result of the random and senseless murder of her sixteen year old son. Sandra now works tirelessly to help others who have lost a loved one to a violent crime. Her articles appear regularly in magazines and online publications across Canada.
