Stacey, great job! The images are captivating, and you chose just the right passages to entice potential readers. I read The Poet Slave of Cuba end enjoyed Engle's poetic voice. I'll have to check out The Surrender Tree next. I didn't do a trailer for our poetry class but I did create one for Vardell's lit class. It's on this site under Librarian X if you get a chance to check it out.
